Interview Questions

Tell us about your current role! What have you been working on?

I’ve joined Stamp as Co-Founder and CRO. Stamp is a new venture building ethical infrastructure for the creator economy. We’re starting with a certification and toolkit to help creators publicly showcase their commitment to legal, platform, and personal responsibility. I’ve been leading on strategy, go-to-market, and pricing, while also co-designing the certification and liaising with creators, agencies, and brands to make sure we’re solving real problems. It’s a mission-driven solution born out of a genuine desire to bring integrity and clarity into a fast-moving, often murky space.

Reflecting on your time at LIS, what advice would you give to future cohorts as they start their journey?

Let yourself be shaped by it. Try not to rush to define yourself too early; LIS is an incredible, safe space for loosening rigid identities, rather than reinforcing them. Stay curious and open, follow the ideas that light you up, and trust that your path doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s - remember, you can turn your attention to almost anything here, so make use of that! The messiness is part of the magic, and you’ll leave with more clarity than you think, even if it doesn’t come in the form you expected.

How do you feel about leaving LIS and entering the real working world? Do you feel prepared?

Leaving LIS feels less like a leap and more like a continuation. I came into the degree with working world experience, but I’m leaving with a deeper sense of clarity and conviction about the kind of work I want to contribute to. I feel more prepared not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve learned how to be comfortable in ambiguity, sit with complexity, ask better questions, and act with intention. All of which feels like necessary preparation for a career with purpose.
