What is the future of responsible leadership when certainty is gone, values collide, and decisions carry systemic consequences?
In conversation with The London Interdisciplinary School, Dr Amelia Peterson and Dr Astrid Leuba speak with Lord Dr Michael Hastings CBE about leadership in an age of uncertainty – and what it truly means to lead responsibly when there are no simple answers.
Drawing on decades of leadership across business, public service and civil society, Lord Hastings explores how expectations of leaders are changing, and what today’s leaders must unlearn as much as what they must learn.
Rather than offering neat frameworks or easy answers, this session opens an honest discussion about power, judgement, accountability, and the limits of traditional leadership models in a complex world.
