Meet the industry experts who'll be delivering masterclasses and workshops as part of our master's programme.
Hassan Dalmuji
Author and Development Expert
Hassan Damluji serves as Deputy Director at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the world’s largest philanthropic institution, where he leads a global team responsible for policy, advocacy and large-scale partnerships across the Middle East, Pakistan and East Asia. He has written widely on international development and is the author of The Responsible Globalist (Penguin, 2019).
Hassan will run a session with our master’s cohort discussing the foundations of human collaboration and outlining his innovative intellectual framework for thinking about a more united world, as well as the concrete steps he proposes to achieve it.
“A job like mine does not ask you only to be a public speaker, data analyst, project manager, writer, or team player, but all of those things together. It also requires an understanding of cultures, history, politics, medical science and statistics. If this MASc program was available to me two decades ago, I’m sure I would have been better able to serve the organisations Ive worked for, and better able to advance my own place within them. I can’t wait to engage in real discussion with the students, so that together we can push forward our thinking on these important topics.”
